Camel Riding on Christmas
Two weeks in Morocco! Wow! It was full on and amazing! The groups were big, 18 people each week, which meant I was surrounded by so many individually incredible and stunning people. Each and every person gave me special gift from their unique personality. I am thankful to have met each and everyone of you. I've on recently got back from Morocco but the sunshine and the warmth from the groups are still deep within me keeping me glowing.
Over the two weeks I experience many new and wonderful things:
I taught yoga to large very mixed level classes in I think the most stunning location I have yet to teach. It is a sweet pagado on the edge of the Atlantic which in Taraghzout is full of surfers (and sometimes even a camel).
I went Camel riding on Christmas day.
I went surfing for my first time ever and even stood up on the board over and over again. I have since been dreaming of surfing.
I went to a hammam with Iza and was amazed at how big her eyes can stretched in wonder.
I learned to live with miscommunication as for of communication. I spoke French, they spoke French yet at the same time we were speaking or hearing very different things. I learned to smile and laugh and take it as all part of the experience.
I ate Tajine for Christmas Dinner.
I ate Tajine for New Years Dinner.
I watched the sun turn to a big beautiful red ball of fire and sink into the Atlantic Ocean night after night.
I watched my kids perform their yoga for the guests in the pagoda, on the grass, at the beach...
I celebrated my daughter's birthday in incredible company and below the shining sun.
I thank you all for the lovely two weeks and I hope to meet up with each and everyone of you again somewhere, somehow.
Peace and happiness and Yoga,
