Yogatraveller, Koh Ngai 21 Feb 2009 by: Vincent Sandee

Wow! This week was amazing. The group was particularly quiet and peaceful. All of them were committed to yoga and learning. At the same time they largely enjoyed the Thai massages available at the islands well as the special treatments, pools at night, en relaxing peacefully in front of a book (reading it, I suppose J).
The beauty of everything is that you get to know people intimately as they show their most authentic beauty.

In this group all the people had already had some experience in yoga, pilates, fitness and martial arts. It was beautiful to see how they grew in their yoga and meditative practice. I tried my best to serve people’s needs as they arose. And we were able to balance between relaxation and a little challenge (giving relaxation a much wider advantage…seen the beauty of the place). And, to great surprise to me, I found myself becoming a natural morning person.
This week reawakened in me the freshness of the spiritual teachings of yoga, as well as allowed to expand my practice and relation to the students at a physical, human and soul level.
Thank you to all of you! I wish you all Great Joy, and hope the light of Yoga will shine in you heart, mind and soul for the rest of your life.
