Yogatraveller, Koh Ngai, Thailand 7th March 2009 by: Vincent Sandee

What a great week! Again new people, new ways of connecting and having fun! We had such a great time. Yoga and meditations went perfectly well. I was astonished how by the middle of the week all the yoginis where totally aligned correctly with the postures! Congratulations for the effortless discipline. I suppose this comes out naturally in such amazing surroundings, especially when cradled by the sound of the sea.

What has been most incredible this week is that everyone had life-changing news! Teresa had three job offers in one day, and a fourth at the end of the week. Nicola got a confirmation from a new job. Finally, Rebecca, right after the end of the week got into Harvard. There is something magic in these yoga holidays, obviously we can’t be certain, but it seems like this is fertile ground for our progresses in life. JUST BEAUTIFUL.Yoga practices were deep, and after a few days, even the most hard sequences seemed quite easy compared to the beginning. And let’s not forget the amazing dinner that we had… I think this is the week where I got to eat the most! The fish was too fresh and tasty to say “no”!

I am so glad to go back there, a perfect combination of yoga practice, relaxation, peace and fun. Thank you, Nicola, Teresa and Rebecca. You have enriched me with your life experience. Hearing you talking about the most interesting (!!!) subject has been enlightening.
Joy to you all
Vincent
