Magical time of year with an equally magical group of people. This was the first real HOT week in Gozo, so between yoga classes bikinis came out and a little vitamin D put a smile on everyone's face, along with some incredible tans. Who said there's no vanity in yoga?
Kristina and I (reunited after Thailand).Since I was blessed with another super fit, open-minded group, the yoga classes were our time to play, learn, explore and reflect.
During the day (when we weren't sunbathing) my students biked, ran and walked all over the island - I couldn't believe they still had enough energy for yoga in the evening!
As usual, we fed ourselves extremely well (you have to when you're doing so much exercise during the day!). In one week we managed to eat at Jeffrey's in Gharb, Il Panzier in Victoria, Tatitas in San Lawrenz, Otter's in Marselforn and D-Bar in Qala. We also went to see a local band at Zeppie's 'Art Box' on our last night and got our groove on.
Waterfront dinner at Otter's.
Dinner at Tatitas.
Our night out to see the band.As we speak I'm trying to figure out ways to see these ladies again (London yoga, anyone?)... so signing out 'till next time!
